I don’t use any pre-designed templates for your cover design or interior design. You’ll notice that all my book covers and book interiors are quite different from each other. That’s because your manuscript’s subject matter gives me my direction and inspiration to make your book’s design come to life.
For the past 9 years I’ve been designing book covers and interiors for publishers, publishing consultants, and self-published authors worldwide. I’m well versed in preparing your cover and or interior book design according to your printer’s specifications. I always contact the printer being used, to make sure from my end that your files are properly prepared and saved the best it can be for their digital printer or printing press, to get the best print quality out of your printed book.

Don't outsource your graphics. I also have a professional background in graphic design, which means that if your interior pages require graphics such as; line art, blueprints, charts, graphs or artistically illustrated graphics, I’ll prepare them. Your interior book design must flow from page to page, and I prefer to create ‘hands-on’ any sort of graphics that are involved — that influence your book design, for me to insure that your interior pages retains its feel/design layout.

Part of a good book design is to have it print properly. I'll ask you how your book will be printed (
offset and/or digitally) and prepare your book page count according to that print process. I treat your images and graphics with skilled
printing preparation experience. I use only licensed fonts.
Each book is unique, that’s why I don’t presume anything. I listen to your vision and intent for your book’s design. I create preliminary interior page layouts. We collaborate until the layout is a perfect fit for your target market reader, and you have a finished book that you're proud of.
Once your book is completed I can provide for you professional design towards what your
book press kit might contain, such as; a
bookmarker, an
author business card, postcard, etc., to market your new book.
